Incident:

Police abuse is one of the recurring themes in Banksy’s work, who has depicted officers in his murals on several occasions to denounce abuse and contradictions of the system. This piece is part of a series of portraits of heavily armed police officers, each with a smiley face.

Banksy (Bristol, 1974) is a world-famous artist whose identity is unknown. Banksy’s work addresses social issues in a satirical and humorous way and is present on every continent.
