In 2016, the Australian artist posted her artwork on Facebook and had her account shut down for obscenity and nudity. In addition, Gore received death threats online and a Trump supporter punched her in the street. When threatened with prosecution if she sold the artwork, the artist turned it into a 3D painting (NFT).
